Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Outdoor Adventure Guide to lead educational outdoor activities for our students in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor education and a strong background in adventure guiding.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead outdoor adventure activities such as hiking, camping, rock climbing, and team-building exercises for students.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during outdoor excursions.
- Provide educational information and guidance on local flora, fauna, and natural landmarks.
- Foster a sense of environmental stewardship and appreciation for the outdoors among students.
- Maintain and organize outdoor equipment and gear.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to incorporate outdoor education into the curriculum.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a positive and enriching experience for all participants.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Outdoor Education, Recreation Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Outdoor Adventure Guide or similar role.
- Certification in Wilderness First Aid and CPR.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local outdoor recreation areas and safety protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
