We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outdoor Adventure Guide to join our team in Sharjah. As an Outdoor Adventure Guide, you will be responsible for leading outdoor adventure tours and activities for our customers, providing them with a safe and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead outdoor adventure tours, including hiking, camping, rock climbing, and water sports
- Ensure the safety of all participants during tours and activities
- Provide guidance and instruction to participants on proper equipment use and outdoor etiquette
- Assist in the planning and coordination of tour logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and meals
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the tour
- Maintain and clean equipment before and after tours
- Assist in the promotion and marketing of outdoor adventure tours and activities

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Outdoor Adventure Guide or similar role
- Strong knowledge of outdoor adventure activities and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
- Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
