We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Adventure Guide to join our team in Sharjah. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and organizing outdoor adventure activities for construction workers in the Sharjah area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the outdoors and a strong knowledge of the local area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead outdoor adventure activities such as hiking, camping, rock climbing, and team building exercises for construction workers.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of participants during all activities.
- Provide instruction and guidance on outdoor skills and techniques.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for outdoor trips, including transportation, equipment, and meals.
- Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Assist with the development of new outdoor adventure programs.
- Provide information and guidance on the local area, including points of interest and safety precautions.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Outdoor Adventure Guide or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of outdoor adventure activities and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- First aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
