Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Outdoor Adventure Guide to lead and facilitate outdoor activities and adventures for various groups, including corporate clients, families, and individuals, in the Sharjah region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outdoor education, safety protocols, and customer service, with a keen understanding of the telecommunications industry to integrate technology into outdoor experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and lead outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, rock climbing, mountain biking, and team-building exercises, ensuring all activities meet safety standards and are tailored to the participants' skill levels and interests.
- Provide participants with safety briefings, equipment usage instructions, and guidance on outdoor survival skills.
- Develop and implement innovative outdoor experiences that incorporate telecommunications themes and technologies, such as GPS navigation, communication tools, and team-based challenges.
- Ensure all equipment is well-maintained, safe, and suitable for use, including first aid kits and emergency communication devices.
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain a high level of situational awareness during all activities, making necessary adjustments to plans to ensure participant safety.
- Foster an engaging and educational environment, encouraging participants to learn about local ecology, environmental conservation, and the role of telecommunications in outdoor adventures.
- Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, feedback, and incident reports, and provide insights for improving future programs.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to enhance the overall experience for participants and promote upcoming outdoor events.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in outdoor adventure activities and telecommunications technologies to continually enhance program offerings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Outdoor Education, Recreation Management, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outdoor guiding, adventure tourism, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of outdoor safety practices, risk management, and first aid/CPR certification.
- Familiarity with telecommunications concepts and technologies, with the ability to integrate them into outdoor activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of participants.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for the outdoors and a commitment to promoting environmental stewardship.

Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Experience with outdoor navigation tools and technology (e.g., GPS devices, communication apps).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the activity schedule.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform physically demanding activities, including hiking, climbing, and carrying equipment.
- Comfort working in various outdoor environments and weather conditions.
