We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Packaging Specialist to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. The Packaging Specialist will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing software packaging solutions for various applications within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create customized software packages for deployment on various platforms, including Windows, Mac, and Linux.
- Test and troubleshoot software packages to ensure compatibility and functionality across different operating systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to software packaging processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and ensure timely delivery of packaged applications.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to software packaging and deployment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in software packaging and deployment.
- Proficiency in packaging tools such as SCCM, MSI, App-V, and InstallShield.
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages, such as PowerShell or VBScript.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
