Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Packaging Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of packaging design and processes, particularly within the healthcare sector. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products are packaged efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement packaging solutions for a variety of healthcare products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to establish packaging specifications and guidelines.
- Conduct thorough assessments of packaging materials and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
- Oversee the testing and validation of packaging designs, including stability testing, to ensure product integrity throughout its lifecycle.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of packaging technologies, trends, and regulations within the healthcare industry.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to packaging processes, specifications, and compliance.
- Assist in the development of packaging artwork and labeling, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate packaging performance, providing insights and recommendations for enhancements.
- Support the training of staff on proper packaging procedures and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in packaging, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, machinery, and processes relevant to the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and guidelines, including ISO, GMP, and FDA requirements.
- Proficient in packaging design software and tools, along with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
