We are seeking a skilled Paralegal Specialist to join our legal team in the telecommunications industry in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing support to attorneys in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on various telecommunications laws and regulations in the UAE
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court filings
- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
- Maintain and organize legal files and documents
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal cases
- Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working as a paralegal in the telecommunications industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations related to telecommunications
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
