We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physician Recruiter to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruitment and a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring qualified physicians for medical facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top physician talent to the organization
- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process for selected candidates
- Maintain a database of potential candidates and build a strong network of physician contacts
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Stay current on healthcare industry trends and best practices in physician recruitment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in physician recruitment or healthcare staffing
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting physicians in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
