We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physician Recruiter to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Physician Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting physicians for our transportation and logistics company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruitment and a passion for connecting healthcare professionals with rewarding career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top physician talent in the transportation and logistics industry
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and networking conferences
- Manage the candidate selection process, including negotiating offers and facilitating the onboarding process
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and healthcare professionals to establish a strong talent pipeline
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in physician recruitment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
