We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Physician Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. The Physician Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified physicians to join our real estate company. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for healthcare recruitment and a keen eye for talent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top physician candidates to join our real estate company
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans
- Negotiate offers, coordinate contract signings, and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management on recruitment activities and progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [5-8] years of experience in physician recruitment or healthcare staffing
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring physicians in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and recruitment software
