We are currently seeking a Planning Assistant to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The Planning Assistant will be responsible for supporting the planning and scheduling activities for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project schedules and timelines
- Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed
- Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to project planning
- Conduct research and analysis to support project planning activities
- Assist in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project goals are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in project planning or scheduling
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
