We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Practice Manager Assistant to join our Real Estate team in Sharjah. The Practice Manager Assistant will work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure smooth operations and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Real Estate practice
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendars for the Practice Manager
- Handle communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist in managing budgets and expenses
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Support the Practice Manager in various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Prior experience in a similar role in the Real Estate industry
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices
