We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer to join our team in Ajman, specializing in the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, with a focus on optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring efficiency and quality in production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes in line with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis to determine the most efficient production methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process issues
- Design and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Monitor and evaluate process performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Provide technical support and guidance to production staff to ensure processes are followed correctly
- Develop and maintain documentation related to process specifications, standard operating procedures, and quality requirements
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in process engineering to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- [X] years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and systems
- Proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
