Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Product Designer to join our dynamic team in the heart of Dubai's booming real estate sector. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface of our digital platforms, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and meet the needs of our diverse clientele. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing specialists, to deliver exceptional design solutions that enhance our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights on user behavior, needs, and motivations. Convert findings into actionable design recommendations.

- UI/UX Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. Ensure designs are user-centered and align with our brand identity.

- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall product strategy.

- Design System: Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all digital products. Document design guidelines and best practices for the team.

- Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve product design. Iterate on designs based on testing and feedback.

- Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions and keep our products competitive.

- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals. Present design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders and gather necessary approvals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in product design, preferably in the real estate or property technology sectors.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile application design is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, highlighting your design thinking process and problem-solving abilities.
