We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team in Al Ain. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the production process in our healthcare facility, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule production activities, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and overseeing production timelines
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, quality control, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination of production activities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control measures
- Manage and track production budgets to optimize resources and minimize waste
- Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production coordination, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of production processes and supply chain management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
