We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our dynamic Information Technology team in Al Ain. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the production process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong communication skills, project management abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the production process, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management
- Work closely with project managers, team leads, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays, taking proactive measures to address them
- Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners to coordinate production activities and ensure smooth project execution
- Track project expenses and ensure that production costs are kept within budget
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, progress, and key performance indicators
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve production processes and optimize workflow efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
