We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Operations Manager to join our Construction team in Dubai. The Program Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and performance to ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction
- Communicate project status updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Manage and mentor project team members to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve effectively
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
