Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. This role involves overseeing various engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Management: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and efficient workflows throughout the project lifecycle.

- Technical Oversight: Provide engineering expertise to support project design, development, and implementation. Review and approve project specifications, drawings, and technical documents.

- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits of work in progress to identify and resolve any issues.

- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address concerns. Foster strong professional relationships to facilitate effective collaboration.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project timelines and deliverables. Develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts and ensure successful project completion.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and change orders. Ensure all documentation is compliant with company policies and industry regulations.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Encourage professional development and knowledge sharing within the team.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within project execution. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related field).
- Minimum of 3 years to 8 years of experience in project engineering, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and quality control standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in project management software and engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards applicable to the manufacturing sector in the UAE is a plus.
