We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Improvement Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Quality Improvement Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality improvement initiatives within our educational institution to ensure the highest standards of education and student learning outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality improvement strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and students, to gather feedback and input on quality improvement efforts.
- Analyze data and metrics to track progress and measure the success of quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead and facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate staff on best practices and quality standards.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in quality improvement in education.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accreditation standards and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- [X] years of experience in quality improvement, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with accreditation standards in education.
