We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Improvement Manager to join our team in Dubai, working within the agriculture sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control and improvement within our organization, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to monitor and improve product quality
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production facilities to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for quality enhancement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives
- Train and educate staff on quality control processes and procedures
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to quality control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or related field

- Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
