We are seeking a qualified and experienced Radiation Safety Officer to join our team in Dubai within the Agriculture industry. The Radiation Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines related to radiation safety within our agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain radiation safety programs and policies in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of radiation sources and facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Provide training and education to staff on radiation safety protocols and procedures.
- Monitor radiation levels in the workplace and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders on radiation safety matters.
- Investigate and report any incidents or accidents involving radiation exposure.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to radiation safety activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiation Physics, Health Physics, or a related field.
- Certified Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in radiation safety, preferably in an agricultural setting.
- Knowledge of local and international regulations related to radiation safety.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
