Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Radiation Safety Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Radiation Safety Officer will be responsible for overseeing and implementing radiation safety measures within the educational institution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiation safety practices and regulations, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement radiation safety policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and best practices
- Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of radiation sources and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Provide training and guidance to staff and students on radiation safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to radiation safety activities
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies and external partners to ensure compliance with all radiation safety requirements
- Investigate and report any incidents or violations related to radiation safety
- Stay current on developments in radiation safety practices and regulations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Health Physics, Radiation Safety)
- Certification as a Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) preferred
- [3-8] years of experience in radiation safety, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
