Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Real Estate Developer with a strong background in Information Technology to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of real estate expertise and technological acumen, focusing on innovative developments that incorporate cutting-edge technology solutions to enhance property value and user experience. This role requires a forward-thinking individual who can navigate the complexities of the real estate market while leveraging technology to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Development: Lead and manage the end-to-end process of real estate development projects, including site selection, planning, design, financing, and execution, with a strong emphasis on integrating technology-based solutions.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the real estate sector, particularly in the context of technological advancements.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, government authorities, and technology vendors, to ensure that all project requirements are met efficiently.

- Financial Management: Prepare and oversee project budgets, financial forecasts, and investment analyses, ensuring that all projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

- Technology Integration: Identify and implement innovative technology solutions that enhance the functionality, sustainability, and marketability of real estate projects, such as smart building systems, IoT applications, and digital platforms for property management.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental standards while staying updated on changes in legislation that may impact development.

- Risk Assessment: Analyze potential risks associated with real estate development projects and develop strategies to mitigate those risks effectively.

- Networking and Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, government officials, and community stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for ongoing and future projects.

- Project Presentation: Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and updates to stakeholders, investors, and senior management, showcasing the technological innovations and benefits of each project.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on technology integration and smart building solutions.

- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory environment.

- Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects.

- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as familiarity with emerging technologies in real estate.

- A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for leveraging technology to improve real estate development processes and outcomes.
