We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager to join our team in Dubai within the education sector. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for overseeing all real estate activities, including leasing, property management, acquisitions, dispositions, and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement real estate strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives
- Manage all lease agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
- Oversee property management activities, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations
- Identify and evaluate potential real estate opportunities for acquisition or development
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of property trends and opportunities
- Negotiate and finalize real estate transactions, including sales and purchases
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations related to real estate

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate management
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite
