We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recreation Director to join our team in Ajman, Energy. The Recreation Director will be responsible for overseeing all recreational activities within the facility, including but not limited to sports programs, fitness classes, and special events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recreational program that caters to the needs and interests of all members
- Manage a team of recreational staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure the facility and equipment are well-maintained and safe for use
- Coordinate and promote special events and activities throughout the year
- Work closely with other departments to integrate recreational programs with overall facility offerings
- Monitor and analyze program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
- Develop and manage the recreational budget

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of current trends in recreational programming
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
