We are seeking an experienced Relationship Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic programs to improve relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Manage all aspects of the relationship operations program, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
- Monitor and report on program performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve goals
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and development within the construction industry
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to inform program strategy and decision-making

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of successful relationship-building and program management
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
