We are seeking a Relationship Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the agriculture sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing various programs related to building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the agriculture industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance relationships with farmers, suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the agriculture industry
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and execution of programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or relationship operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge of the agriculture industry and market trends
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
