We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and retail, with a strong background in customer service and team management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Retail Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Train and supervise retail staff to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to promote healthcare services and products
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
