We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a proven track record of success in a retail management role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Retail Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail branch
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and assist with any inquiries or concerns
- Train and mentor retail staff to ensure they are delivering high-quality service to customers
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns to promote products and services
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies
- UAE driving license is preferred
