We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the overall operations of our retail outlet.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store shelves and displays
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory shipments
- Monitor and replenish merchandise on the sales floor
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of manufacturing products is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
