We are seeking a qualified Safety Engineer to join our construction team in Al Ain. The Safety Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all workers on the construction site and implementing safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with local and international safety standards.
- Train workers on proper safety procedures and the use of safety equipment.
- Investigate accidents and near misses to determine the root cause and prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to address safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and updates in safety regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- [X] years of experience in construction safety management.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
