We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sanitation Supervisor to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Sanitation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the cleanliness and sanitation of our properties and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sanitation procedures and protocols to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all properties.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate sanitation staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning practices.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify areas in need of cleaning or maintenance.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and ensure proper storage and usage.
- Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to address sanitation issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain records and documentation related to sanitation activities and compliance with regulations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sanitation Supervisor or similar role in the Real Estate industry.
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations and best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
