We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sanitation Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The Sanitation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all sanitation activities within our energy facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sanitation procedures and practices, as well as experience in managing a team of sanitation staff.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sanitation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
- Train and supervise sanitation staff in proper sanitation techniques and procedures
- Monitor sanitation activities to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Conduct regular inspections of sanitation equipment and facilities to identify and address any issues or areas for improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule sanitation activities and ensure minimal disruption to operations
- Manage inventory of sanitation supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Maintain sanitation records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Investigate and resolve any sanitation-related complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- [X] years of experience in sanitation management, preferably in an energy-related industry
- Strong knowledge of sanitation regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving abilities
