We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sanitation Supervisor to join our telecommunications company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all sanitation operations within our facilities to ensure a clean and safe working environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sanitation policies and procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure all areas are properly cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that require special attention and address any sanitation issues promptly
- Train and supervise sanitation staff to ensure they are following proper procedures and guidelines
- Collaborate with other departments to address sanitation-related concerns and implement solutions
- Maintain records of sanitation activities and provide reports to management as needed
- Stay current on industry best practices and recommend improvements to sanitation processes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sanitation Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations and guidelines
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sanitation or cleaning role
