We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced School Principal to lead our healthcare-focused school in Dubai. As the School Principal, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, leadership, and management to ensure the overall success and growth of the school.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive educational program that meets the needs of the healthcare industry
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including curriculum development, student recruitment, and staff management
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and personal growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, staff, and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local education regulations and accreditation standards
- Lead and support professional development initiatives for staff to enhance teaching and learning practices
- Manage the school's budget and resources effectively to support its mission and goals
- Collaborate with the school board and other key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans for the school's growth and success

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Valid teaching certification
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in education, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and educational trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
