Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced School Principal with a focus on Agriculture to lead our school in Dubai. As the School Principal, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school's operations, with a specific emphasis on integrating agricultural education and practices into the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the school with a focus on agriculture education and sustainability
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate agricultural concepts into the curriculum across all grade levels
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that values environmental stewardship and hands-on learning experiences
- Ensure compliance with local education regulations and standards, as well as health and safety guidelines related to agricultural activities
- Lead and support professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their knowledge and skills in agricultural education
- Establish partnerships with local farms, agricultural organizations, and industry experts to provide students with real-world learning opportunities
- Communicate regularly with parents and stakeholders to share updates on the school's agricultural initiatives and student achievements
- Manage budgetary and financial planning for the school, including securing funding for agricultural projects and resources

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Agricultural Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- [X] years of experience in education, with a focus on agricultural education
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a school setting
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, sustainability, and environmental conservation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of teachers, staff, and students
- Proficiency in Arabic language is a plus
