Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary School Principal to lead our specialized institution focused on Transportation and Logistics education. This role requires someone who can effectively manage the school’s operations, develop academic programs, and cultivate partnerships with industry leaders in Dubai and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership and Vision:
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the school that aligns with the educational goals of the transportation and logistics sector.
- Foster a positive school culture that promotes academic excellence, character development, and lifelong learning.

- Academic Program Development:
- Oversee the design and implementation of a comprehensive curriculum focused on transportation and logistics, ensuring alignment with industry standards and trends.
- Collaborate with faculty to develop innovative teaching methods and assessment strategies that enhance student learning.

- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of educators and administrative staff.
- Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.

- Student Support and Engagement:
- Create a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes student engagement, well-being, and success in transportation and logistics education.
- Establish programs to support students' career readiness and facilitate internships or job placements in the logistics and transportation sectors.

- Community and Industry Relations:
- Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, transportation companies, and logistics organizations to enhance educational opportunities and career pathways for students.
- Represent the school at community events and industry conferences to promote its mission and accomplishments.

- Administrative Oversight:
- Oversee the school’s budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and financial sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards in education and transportation logistics.

- Safety and Compliance:
- Implement and manage policies related to student safety, health, and well-being.
- Ensure that the school adheres to all relevant laws and regulations concerning education and transportation.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership, preferably in vocational or technical education settings.
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry standards, practices, and trends.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of educators and staff.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience in curriculum development and staff training.
- Familiarity with the educational landscape in Dubai and the UAE is a plus.
