Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team in the rapidly evolving Information Technology sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, with a deep understanding of IT solutions and a proven track record of driving sales growth within the enterprise market. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to target new enterprise clients while expanding business with existing accounts. Identify market opportunities and craft tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in large organizations. Conduct high-level presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value of our IT solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage the pipeline, and report on progress against sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Leverage insights to position our offerings effectively within the enterprise market.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Partner with marketing, product management, and technical teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities. Provide feedback from clients to inform product development and enhancements.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties. Leverage strong negotiation skills to close high-value deals.
- Customer Success: Foster strong relationships with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Regularly report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales within the IT sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, including software, hardware, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
