Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales within the construction industry and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients, nurture existing relationships, and maximize sales opportunities across our diverse product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the construction sector, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients in the construction industry, including contractors, developers, and project managers.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value of our products and services, addressing client needs and concerns.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to close deals, ensuring favorable terms that benefit both the client and the company.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth, utilizing this information to inform sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and support.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and forecasts to senior management to aid in decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong understanding of construction industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
