We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of agricultural facilities in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, particularly in an agricultural setting, and a proven track record of successful facility operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement facility maintenance and operation strategies to ensure the smooth functioning of agricultural facilities.
- Manage a team of facility staff, including maintenance technicians, groundskeepers, and security personnel.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure on the agricultural property.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Develop and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility renovations and upgrades.
- Monitor and report on facility performance metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as agriculture production and logistics, to support overall business objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in an agricultural setting.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment maintenance, and facility operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards related to agricultural facilities.
