We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and facilities management, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of facility management for construction projects in Dubai
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
- Manage and coordinate maintenance and repair services for all facilities
- Monitor and manage budgets for facility maintenance and operations
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services
- Implement sustainability initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of facilities staff
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure facilities meet project requirements
- Develop and implement long-term facility management strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on construction projects
- Strong knowledge of building systems and construction processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of local regulations and building codes in Dubai
