We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our retail facilities in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with a focus on retail environments.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all retail facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and security systems
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility maintenance services
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and manage budgets for facility maintenance and operations
- Coordinate with store managers to address any facility-related issues in a timely manner
- Lead a team of facility management staff, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a retail environment
- Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of local regulations and codes related to facility management in Dubai
