We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the Transportation and Logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with a focus on recruiting, employee relations, and organizational development.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles within the organization
- Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances, conflicts, and performance issues
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Handle employee benefits and compensation programs
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
