We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our construction company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within the construction industry and be able to lead a team of HR professionals to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all HR functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for all new employees
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
- Manage employee benefits and compensation packages
- Oversee the HR budget and ensure that all HR activities are carried out within budget constraints
- Work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR management or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of HR professionals
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
