We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our Retail team in Dubai. The Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth within the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the retail sector
- Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the client base
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects and campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and presentations to senior management
- Provide excellent customer service and support to key accounts
- Travel to client locations as needed to build and maintain relationships

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
