We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Knowledge Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry and a passion for knowledge management. The Senior Knowledge Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing knowledge management strategies to help improve efficiency and productivity within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement knowledge management strategies and processes within the organization
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify knowledge management needs and opportunities
- Design and implement systems to capture, store, and retrieve knowledge assets
- Lead the development and maintenance of knowledge management tools and platforms
- Provide training and support to staff on knowledge management best practices
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in knowledge management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- At least 5-8 years of experience in knowledge management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in knowledge management tools and systems
