We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Knowledge Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and a passion for knowledge management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to support the organization's objectives in healthcare services
- Lead the development and maintenance of a knowledge management system to capture, organize, and disseminate information within the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide training and support to staff on knowledge management tools and best practices
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in knowledge management in healthcare

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, information science, or related field

- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and processes
