We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our financial services company based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all building systems, equipment, and machinery to support the smooth functioning of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs for all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues or safety concerns
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials and services for maintenance projects
- Develop and maintain budgets for maintenance operations and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Oversee the implementation of preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards in the maintenance of facilities
- Develop and maintain maintenance protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of work
- Collaborate with other departments to support business operations and strategic goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- [X] years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a financial services or corporate environment
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and standards
