We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our educational institution in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in facilities management and maintenance, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of all facilities and equipment.
- Oversee a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for all buildings, equipment, and systems.
- Manage the budget for maintenance activities, ensuring costs are kept within approved limits.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance work as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work, expenses, and equipment inventory.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in facilities management and maintenance, preferably in an educational setting.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
