We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planner Scheduler to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Senior Planner Scheduler, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all project planning and scheduling activities within the Information Technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are accurately estimated and sequenced
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or roadblocks
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively
- Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates to ensure projects are on track
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project scheduling and resource allocation
- Provide regular reports and updates on project status to senior management
- Mentor and support junior planners and schedulers within the team

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the Information Technology industry
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
